‘The Forestias’ is a new global model for urban development, focusing on promoting healthier living for those residing in this city project. ‘The Forestias’ is Thailand's largest real estate project, located on Bangna-Trad Road, Km. 7, comprising various residential options, including houses and condominiums, catering to diverse lifestyles and family sizes. Additionally, it features business areas for offices, a sports complex, lifestyle activities, retail shops, restaurants, and spaces for family creative activities, community events, and cultural activities, including theaters, event halls, markets, and one of the project's highlights is a large forest area of 30 rai at the heart of the project.
Mr. Kittiphan Uiyamapan, Project Director of The Forestias by MQDC stated, “Our most important goal is to promote happiness for those living in The Forestias in a well-designed and well-maintained environment. We know that one of the key factors that promote happiness is good health and being close to loved ones, with family members from various generations living close together. That’s why MQDC collaborates with experts and leading institutions both globally and in Thailand to design and construct ‘The Forestias’ as a model project for urban development aimed at promoting good health as desired.”
Mr. Kittiphan added, “In the past 2-3 months, sales of various residential projects in The Forestias have rapidly increased, with over 300 units sold, including condominiums and villas. This is due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has made people more conscious and prioritize the design of residential projects and communities that promote healthy and hygienic living, whether by being close to nature and integrating nature into daily life, managing fresh air and natural light within the project and residences, as well as the layout and choice of materials.”

Mr. Kittiphan further stated, “We believe that customers and interested visitors will be excited to see the actual site and witness the rapid progress of the construction, which is why many are deciding to purchase. As for the latest progress of the various residential projects, the ‘Wisdom Condominium’ and the ‘Aspen Tree Residence’ projects have completed their piling work, while the ‘Mulberry Grove Condominium’ and ‘Mulberry Grove Villa’ projects, along with the ‘Six Senses Residence’ project and the business and lifestyle areas, have begun their piling work. Additionally, other progress such as bridges, walkways, infrastructure, utilities, and tunnels have been completed.”
“The elevated walkway, over 1.6 kilometers long, which includes pathways connecting various areas and components within the project, as well as a walkway that stretches over the forest in the heart of the project, providing a walking path amidst lush nature, has also been completed,” Mr. Kittiphan said.
According to Mr. Kittiphan, another key factor driving sales is the project’s location in one of the most promising areas, which is the strategic zone of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), currently progressing as an important national project, reinforcing buyers’ confidence in ‘The Forestias’ that this will be a worthwhile investment.”
The Forestias project is scheduled for completion around the end of 2023.
